Why did the expected ship date change for my pre-order item?
The expected ship date shown when an order is placed is set based on when we expect to receive the merchandise from the vendor. This date can change based on vendor and shipping delays. If your pre-ordered item is going to be delayed, we will let you know by email.
When will I be charged for a pre-order item?
When you place an order for a pre-order item, we will send an authorization hold request to your card issuer. The authorization hold is not an actual charge and will eventually expire and drop off your account based upon the time frame set by your card-issuing bank. If the authorization hold expires before the item becomes available or before the order is ready to be shipped, the authorization will automatically renew. Once the item ships, a final charge will be submitted to your bank.
Do you price-adjust pre-order items?
Yes. We offer sale price adjustments within 14 days of the order shipping. If an item goes on sale during that period, please let us know and we can process a refund back to your original method of payment.
Out of Stock Merchandise
While we make every effort to fulfill your entire order, we may need to cancel one or more items on rare occasions. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to out-of-stock merchandise, we will notify you via email and you will not be charged for the unshipped item(s).
