Well, it's a suitcase, so I guess I would use it for...traveling

I've taken this bag for domestic and international travel for the past year and it has been able to handle more than I expected. It fits very well in overhead compartments on just about all aircraft that the major airlines are using. Even the regional aircraft. It rolls well through the airport and there is a matching backpack that you can stack. Is there better luggage options out there, sure, but for the money I think most travelers will be pleased. Travel tip: if you can help it do not check this bag when flying. It will hold up but cosmetically it's going to look beat up. The materials are just too soft for airport baggage handling. If EB is reading… offer some color options.

I will be using this travel bag for a long time. This bag is well built and easy to use.

Rolls nicely in all directions = huge plus. Two lengths to telescoping handle; seems a little too jiggly, but good so far. Love the room & the zipper compartments. Love the handles on all sides, too!

Compact and holds lots I love how you can really keep things departmentalized

First trip carrying on and then checking this bag. Packing for return trip would have been easier with an expansion feature. Otherwise very happy, esp as I got an excellent sale price after the winter holidays. Light and easy to maneuver. Helpful compression straps and zipper compartments inside and out. I'm returning the hard-sided roll-aboard. I love that it's also very lightweight and maneuverable and was tempted to keep it. It def would have been a keeper with an expandable zipper feature like my other hard-sided carryons.

We have put this bag to the test with travel and camping, and it has proven itself. Wish it came in more colors.

Glides smooth, fits a ton of clothes although it looks small. Paired with backpack of same kind as a travel set. It looks very sleek and it's water resistant.

This bag has held up now on a number of international flights as a checked bag. It's also been dragged through Kensington Park and the wheels are just fine. It's a durable bag that has room for almost everything I'd need for a week or two. I haven't carried it on yet, but it does seem like it would fit in most overheads.

I bought this for a week-long trip overseas. It had plenty of room for everything I needed to take with me and the souvenirs I brought back home. It fits perfectly in overhead airplane bins, rolls great, and has lots of pockets to help with organization.

This luggage has worked great on multiple trips so far, fits well in the overhead bin, and survived checking it well.

I purchased this carry on for myself because I wanted a carry on with 4 wheels for ease down the airplane isle. I loaned it to my daughter for a recent trip. She loved it & now I have to buy one for myself. It held up well.

Great piece of luggage. Used it for a recent business trip and It worked perfectly. Easy to maneuver, Light enough when empty. The multiple handles make placing it in the overhead bins a cinch. Lots of inside pockets and compartments to easily separate and store all your stuff. Very durable, as I would expect an Eddie Bauer product to be. Very, very happy with it.

Bought it a couple of years ago. Bag holding up well, use it to carry ski boots when traveling. One wheel has stopped rolling well. Tried WD40, but still not working. Ok to roll on two wheels, but hangs up when you use all 4. Looking for a replacement wheel and it looks like a need a 3rd party part. Not fun.

Use for regularly travel use. Good for weekends not really big enough for a trip more than four days.

Bought this as a carryon for domestic and international travel. The dimensions would fit most domestic and international carryon limits but the luggage weight wasn't given in the product description. When it arrived, we were surprised at how heavy this bag was, weighing in at about 8.5 pounds (lbs) empty. The materials and construction look good as does the interior space but when lifting something overhead and traveling by air between countries or within a country when abroad and being limited in weight we cannot justify the luggage being over 8 lbs before we get any clothes, shoes, etc. loaded. Sadly, we are having to mail this back as we were not allowed to return to our local store. Eddie Bauer, please post product weight in all luggage descriptions so customers can make informed buying decisions.
