I wanted a lightweight vest with plenty of pockets that didn't have fishing vibes and this is definitely it. Extra bonus points for being available in multiple colors and tall sizes. I'd definitely buy this again, but I feel this one is pretty robust and it'll last.

This vest is my husband's "purse" as it fits his glasses, phone & keys. It's lightweight, sporty & handsome. It even has a zip pocket! Eddie Bauer made this same vest years ago & I have been looking for it for many years because my hubby's old one is looking old but he won't give it up.Thank you for making it again and I bought 2 colors so he can look nice when he goes out.

I am 6 feet tall and I weigh 180 pounds. I bought both medium (regular, not tall) and large (regular). I wear the medium over short sleeves or a light layer, and the large over heavier stuff. I also bought a second color. They have enough pockets to work as airplane-travel vests. Wallet and keys go in the useful chest-high zippered inner pocket. Mobile phone fits in either upper outer hook-and loop pocket. That leaves three more hook-and-loop pockets for other stuff. I like how I look in them. I wear one unless the weather is miserably hot, and then I carry one just in case I get stuck in a store or restaurant where they could hang meat. The seam-work looks as if it will last a long time. Machine washing did not impair these garments. The sage color looked good online and in person. I did not like the gold color online, but it looked different in an Eddie Bauer store. Calmer, maybe. I bought both colors. Look for a sale on these, but they were not overpriced at list price. I do not like company logos on my clothing. The only Eddie Bauer label on this vest can be removed without a trace by a careful person with a seam ripper, in less than five minutes.

I love it. So useful. And the best thing? It's not overloaded with pockets, the way some of these vests are. It has plenty of pockets, as many as you could want, but it's not packed with hidden pockets. I've got a vest from another manufacturer, and the pockets are so cleverly hidden that sometimes I can't find what I'm looking for! This vest just works.

I bought this vest for my husband so he will have a safe place to put his phone, wallet and keys when we go horseback riding. I have a similar EB vest and it's perfect for summer activities when you need some roomy, secure pockets to carry your stuff. It's very lightweight, not hot, and looks good over a T-shirt or long sleeve shirt. It's very comfortable and non binding.

I purchased this vest for my husband to use on our upcoming safari. The vest is lightweight and seems well-constructed with multiple pocket options. He especially likes the two-way pockets on the sides (there is a pocket where you slip hands in from the side and also via the flap. Also, the inner zipper pocket is nice for safekeeping certain items. The color stone is a bit unusual. He would have preferred it to be more of a traditional light beige/khaki color, but it is more like a subtle greenish gray color in our opinion. It is lightweight and will be great for travel since our luggage weight limit for the safari tour is very low.
