You’re an Adventure Rewards member, and you just received your quarterly Reward certificate—congratulations! To make redeeming your certificate as easy as possible, we’ve outlined three scenarios below to ensure you get the Reward you deserve.
Scenario 1: Shopping Online, Logged In
You just received your certificate announcement email. You’re ready to shop, so you navigate to the Eddie Bauer website and log in at the top right corner of the page. Once you’ve logged in and filled your cart with new apparel and gear for your next adventure, head to your Shopping Bag to review your order. Below the Order Summary section of your Shopping Bag, you’ll notice a Discounts section with the option to add a Promo Code or Adventure Rewards. Since you’re already logged in, you will see your well-earned certificate populated in the Adventure Rewards window. Now, all you need to do is click “Apply” and finish the checkout process. It’s that easy!
Scenario 2: Shopping Online, Not Logged In
You received your quarterly Reward certificate and are eager for some new gear, so you head straight to the Eddie Bauer website and start shopping. This time, you’re not logged in—whether that’s because you forgot to do so while shopping or you don’t have an online account yet. Either way, you can still redeem your certificate! While checking out, simply refer to the email you received containing your certificate. You should see a code that looks something like “Q999811117003.” Copy this code from your email. Then, paste it into the Adventure Rewards section below the Order Summary. Click “Apply” and enjoy your well-earned savings!
Scenario 3: Shopping In Store
Prefer shopping in person? You can still use your certificate in store! Once you’re ready to check out, there are two ways you can redeem your certificate.
- Let the Store Associate know that you are an Adventure Rewards member by giving them either your name, email address, phone number, or membership number. Once the Store Associate finds your account, they can apply your certificate to your purchase. Then, enjoy your new gear!
- Show your certificate email (featuring the code referenced above) to the Store Associate. They will be able to scan the accompanying barcode, which will apply the certificate to your order. This option comes in handy if the Store Associate is unable to locate your account.
