American Forests

For over 25 years, Eddie Bauer has partnered with American Forests on a woodland restoration donation program. Your generous support of the program has helped us plant over 8 million trees in threatened forest ecosystems in North America.

We are also partnering with American Forests to create a more equitable distribution of trees in urban environments, like Detroit, where trees improve the quality of our air, prevent flooding, provide shade, and boost our mood.

The Heroes Project

The Heroes Project makes the impossible a reality by empowering injured war veterans through physical and emotional training and allowing them to explore the farthest reaches of themselves and the world they live in. These expeditions challenge the severely wounded to redefine their personal limits post-injury. The Heroes Project inspires our injured military veterans to find purpose, both physically and mentally, and ignites others to do the same.

Soul Trak Outdoors

Soul Trak’s mission is to build diverse cohorts of outdoor leaders, forge inclusive outdoor spaces, facilitate stronger outdoor communities for underrepresented groups, and use outdoor adventure as a catalyst for creating new stewards of public lands.

There is currently a vast gap between minorities participating in outdoor spaces. This gap is the result of many different barriers. Soul Trak seeks to tackle these barriers with the intention of connecting new communities to the outdoors and creating stewards for this planet’s green spaces.
