How do I become an Adventure Rewards member?

You can join now for free or in-store with the help of an Eddie Bauer team member.

Why should I join the Adventure Rewards program?

Membership gives you access to the best of Eddie Bauer. You can unlock exclusive benefits such as free shipping (tier and order total restrictions apply), a birthday gift, exclusive discounts, member-only sales, and rewards. It is free to join and you get the premium customer treatment.

Will I get a loyalty card?

If enrolling online, you will be able to view a digital version of your Adventure Rewards card within your account. You can save this digital card to your mobile wallet, or print out a physical copy. If enrolling in-store, a card will be provided.

What are the Adventure Reward tiers and what benefits are offered for each one?

  • Start your expedition as an Adventurer by spending $0-$299 a year. Earn 3 points for every $1 you spend and receive free shipping on all orders $100+
  • Continue your expedition as an Explorer by spending $300-$599 a year. Earn 4 points for every $1 you spend and receive free shipping on all orders $89+
  • Finish your expedition as a Guide by spending $600+ a year. Earn 5 points for every $1 you spend and receive free shipping on all orders $75+

How do I earn points?

You can earn points through purchases and interactions. Make sure you are logged into your Adventure Reward account when shopping on eddiebauer.ca. When shopping in-store, identify yourself as a member by sharing your email address at checkout or pulling up your member ID by logging into your account on eddiebauer.ca through your mobile device.

You can earn points in the following ways:

  • Sign up for Eddie Bauer text messages to receive 500 points​​​​​​​​​​​​​
  • Make an online or in-store purchase (please see specific tier for points per dollar)

How do I redeem my Adventure Reward points?

A reward certificate will be emailed to the address on file each quarter. These certificates will be issued in increments of $5, up to $80. Any points that remain after quarterly certificates are sent out, will roll over to the next earning period. Only one quarterly reward certificate can be used at a time. There is no cash back for unused rewards and gift cards cannot be purchased with these certificates.

Which purchases do not qualify for points?
​​​
You will not receive reward points for non-merchandise charges (shipping, tax, etc.), gift card purchases, and third-party purchases (Amazon, Target, Babies ‘R’ Us, etc.).

How long will it take to see my points in my account?

It can take up to 72 hours for points to reflect on your account.

Is it possible to lose points?
​​​
When you return an item, the points earned on that item will be deducted from your account. Also, customers must make at least one purchase every 12 months to retain the reward balance.

You must make a purchase once every 12 months to retain your reward balance.

I did not receive my points or I think my points are incorrect. What do I do?

For points to be correctly allocated to your Adventure Rewards account, you must be signed in when making purchases and completing interactions online. If you are making an in-store purchase, you must identify yourself as a member by sharing your email address or showing your member ID at checkout. If you have not received the points within 72 hours, please contact customer service by clicking here.
