FROST

Eddie Bauer Exploration Guide

Trevor Frost is an explorer, filmmaker, and photographer with an obsession for sharing stories that explore the human relationship with nature. He received his first grant from the National Geographic Society at 22 and at 29 completed his first feature story as a photographer for National Geographic Magazine.

Over the last decade, Trevor has worked on every continent except Antarctica , often into remote and difficult environments, like rainforests and caves. Most recently, he has spent considerable time in Australia, Ethiopia, and India, where he has focused his lens on the creatures we love to hate, like crocodiles and snakes. His photographs have received awards from prestigious photography competitions such as Pictures of the Year International and Fotoweek DC and his work has been exhibited at Visa pour I'image: International Festival of Photojournalism.

Trevor is now working almost exclusively on a multi year project to produce a film about mental illness and the power of nature with his partner, filmmaker Melissa Lesh. Trevor lives in a 110 year old house in Richmond, Virginia near the James River with an indoor cat named Gecko, and a python named Mana.
